it's indeed nice to have a week of rest; off from work kind of life, but of course, the amount of money spent is not small either. the night safari and zoo was a good one which boyf and i managed to use the park hoppers' ticket before its expiry date...the night safari trip was indeed a good experience to have, just that it was really too dark and well, they certainly know how to do business and earn money, forcing you to get on the tram ride to get around it. as for the zoo, we spent the whole day walking around, and baby was more or less tired out. i was pretty energtic after lunch though. (: and i guess i will leave boyf to share what unique encounters we have from these 2 parks. hahas.

well well well, friday simply marks the end of my temp job with SES (as well as baby's), at the same time, the last day for the communic asia show 08. i think i'll miss the morning greetings while sitting at the reception, the shatec interns like my dearest michelle who was around during my last day, temps like emily and yanleng...of course, on top of all these nice things, there are things that you wouldn't want to remember. but overall, i guess it's a different experience for me. (:it's time to look for another job since this contract period has ended but let me enjoy some rest before i begin another job? (: well, next week is a pretty much busy week with the zoo and night safari trip still on, and many other things!!and of course the redang trip is confirmed on the 30th june. there will be quite a bit of preparations for it... let's make this a short entry first. shall update whenever it's possible. ♥p.s. my ultimate happiness with you. anyway before i start with anything, it's fathers' day today! happy fathers' day!! (:it's been a week since i last posted something here. i know it's kinda empty here, but well, work and lifestyle basically takes up the week's schedule. boyf been working OT in office for the upcoming exhibition next week at Expo. managed to meet up with nicole and ronald for dinner on thursday at essential brews. and that was the only day out because we are practically lack of sleep for the week! baby is currently working at expo now while i'm typing this entry.  it's going to be my last week working at SES as well as baby's. gonna to miss quite a few of them. but well, good things will eventually reach an end too. gonna to take a break before i begin another new job sometime in july. there are too many things to look forward to before boyf gets enlisted into NS. there is the zoo and night safari trip, the redang trip...(: gonna to fax my reply slip over to SIM soon as well. seems like i have so many things to do right?and i know i haven't been able to entertain my friends' gathering that often, and that it might just irritate them...and hopefully they know that it's not always the same reason that i am turning them down, but i need my personal rest space as well. i have many friends that i am supposed to meet up but i haven't done so for even once...i should be guilty for it; i know. but sometimes, it's hard to change mindset. alright, i need to get on with my work and get some entertainment on my psp (yes it's with me currently). meanwhile take care people!! ♥p.s. always yours, forever yours. another week has passed; time seemed to pass fast when you have things to do. how i wish i don't have to receive bad news, but well, SIM rejected me for the july intake and now they want me to reserve a place for myself in january. how bad can this be? for 3 universities to reject you at the same period of time?but baby consoled me and say that i will definitely get to go for my further studies, tks baby. (: and now i got more months to work and earn more bucks till university. met up with stef and david on monday to pre-celebrate her birthday which was on tuesday. that fussy girl, couldn't make up her mind on her present, and finally when she has, it was already 24 hours gone, she decided on a long champ bag, which i paid half, and there was no GSS sale for that!!hahas, see what happen when you are yearning for such stuffs, my dear girl... then it was more work at the office, and i stayed back slightly later to clear up some work. and was waiting for friday to arrive. then met up with the girls on thursday night for dinner at ichiban and dessert at ben & jerry. it has been some time since we last met up so it was a pretty good catch-up session for us. and since i missed the graduation ceremony, that explains why there were many more things to talk about. and we never fail to have memorable jokes around during our meet up and that i wonder why. and well, why were we waiting for friday? because....baby and i were on half-day leave on friday!!went back to school to collect our diplomas and that stretch of road to school was indeed familiar to me (since i have been walking on that path for 3 years?) then we head back to causeway point for lunch and to catch KUNGFU PANDA!! and i must say, it's a pretty real good movie, my laughters were constant till mummy has to tell me that SIM rejected me at the climax of the movie. what a letdown right? but still, i enjoyed the movie totally! and then it was dinner with baby's parents. went back to work half day in office today due to the upcoming exhibition in 2 weeks' time, and baby brought me to have chicken rice!! it was yummy!! (: and we were too tired, so we head home for a nap at our homes respectively before baby heads off for his soccer. gonna to meet nicole sweets for singing session tomorrow again!! can't wait to meet up with you, sweets!! will update on that when time comes. and next week is another busy week for all, i wonder how frequently can i have dinner with baby...but nevermind, work is more important and soon there is a trip for us to look forward to! it's been a week since i last blogged about my happenings. oh well, it's been a pretty busy week. but time is still spent nicely with my family and boyf. oh, but before anything, happy 6th month, baby!! boyf and i visited the bird park yesterday, sounds like some kiddy stuff right? but i am indeed amazed by how the bird park managed to revamp their image to attract more tourists to them. it's totally different from the last time i went to the bird park which was some sort of 6 years ago? but the weather was not too nice though, occasional rain that hinder our journey. but my ultimate favourite was still the penguins!! and baby was irritated during the time when we were getting home, the frequency of the public transport arriving at the bird park was...not very good...but anyway, i still had a good day with baby at the bird park, and we will be heading to the zoo and night safari soon, cos we bought the park hopper tickets!!! it's the official 6th month today!! went over to baby's place to help him with some video stuff...and then had dinner with his parents...well, it's kind of an unique way to celebrate it, isn't it? had dinner at jack's place and indeed we are very full upon reaching home (uncle sent me home though, so that baby could rest early for work tomorrow.) and to my surprise; baby got me a pair of heels that i wanted so so much all because nicole had it and i said it was nice...but the stock is rarely available, that's why i am indeed surprised when baby showed it to me just now!! big thanks, baby! (and thanks to nicole for letting my boyf knows what exactly he was supposed to buy...) and yes, i haven't forget about it, nicole...here's the work that i have completed from the teachings of nicole's, a mini bolster!! i knitted the cover myself, spent around a month's time...and baby is hugging it to bed every night, he named it 'huggy'. and i decide to use blue, because there is no black yarn in the first place and well, a change of colour might be nice too...(:
anyway, it's time for bed already. it's another working day tomorrow, i hate weekends passing so fast...meeting stef and david for dinner tomorrow to celebrate her birthday in advance...(: meanwhile, take care people. goodnights all!! ♥p.s. baby; you never fail to give me the best, be it surprises or gifts, and because of this surprise today, you deserve a kiss from me! *muacks* |

went to marina square yesterday to get some stuffs to prepare ourselves for the redang trip this coming monday...and guess what? baby got me a set of bikini!! argh...but well, it's still nice of baby to get me that as a gift for the trip? hahas.
