okay, as said, when blogger is working fine, i will post the collage that Jody did for me as a birthday gift! it's very sweet of her and it's super nice, just that i don't have space in my room to hang it up ): you should click on it to enlarge and see the nice photos she has taken that day! met up with Nicole today cos i postponed our dinner date 2 weeks ago due to some events, was feeling super guilty about it, so we set tonight's dinner like 3 days ago? anyway it was another great dinner with her, endless topics, filled with laughters. and we got to admit that we think alike too! was talking about her birthday party and i am looking forward to it although baby has weekend duty that day...i got my belated birthday gift from her and it was nice! a bag and a dress attached with a cute birthday card, shall take a photo of it and post it the next time round. (:    decided to cam-whored outside plaza singapura after dinner and we realised that our complexion is not very good! hahas but who cares! we enjoy taking photos! (but i strained my neck this morning so i kind of look abit weird) i think the next time we are meeting would be her birthday party and i need to crack my brain to think of her present (i know she has a wishlist...)it's friday again tomorrow! gonna to meet baby up for dinner since this weekend is gonna be work for him again! ndp preview on saturday and alexandra hospital attachment on sunday. ): but nevertheless, we are going to spend quality time together tomorrow to celebrate our 20th month. my week has been pretty smooth (although it's only tuesday as of now). this week's activities are pretty packed though, with the month coming to an end. and it's REALLY time to start on those assignments! and thanks to patience having to send out emails for meetings for various projects...(:the weekend was sort of a relaxing one, went out with Stef on Saturday to Bugis to get my sling bag and she bought one too, which i have no idea why. (: at the same time, bought a bag for mummy cos all her bags are almost spoiled or can't be used already, so i just made use of my voucher to get her something (and yet she is still complaining...)sunday was stay home sunday cos baby had weekend duty, and jody came over to pass me the photos for my birthday party and that sweet girl did a collage for me as well! super nice! too bad blogger has some problems which doesn't allow me to upload photos, if not i will definitely post this up here! baby has ndp preview this saturday and just nice it's our 20th month! but nevermind, we are celebrating it early by having dinner together on friday instead. his work seems to get busier as time passes, hopefully it gets lesser after ndp (and i think it will). i am missing him badly since we are only meeting once a week due to busy schedules of the both of us. but still, loads of love, baby!! ♥ alright, time to get back to the assignments, and it's morning class tomorrow! having dinner with nicole sweets on thurs as well! can't think of where to have a good yet affordable dinner with her...but anyway, goodnights! had the birthday dinner for my maternal grandma at IMM Long Beach just now, but the food standard was bad...nothing up to our expectations, not even the chilli crab! but at least with my darling camera, we cam-whored quite a bit! with the kids and baby! the kids were very supportive being in the shots tonight! especially kevin! he has the most shots in my camera tonight!          it's the arrival of the weekend once again...baby has weekend duty this sunday so we are not meeting for the weekend once again...): gonna to read up on my OT stuffs again so that i can start on the assignment REAL soon...meeting BFF later for window shopping at ikea! need to get stuffs from there too! (: let's pray hard that this weekend is gonna to be good. oh, and i was talking to val this afternoon, and i realised that preston might not be so good after all, so it's either back to pixon, if not a Samsung Jet would be good too!! the functions are pretty similar to the new omnia II that has been recently launched in the market...((: ♥ p.s. baby i am missing you although we just met 3 hours ago... *updated at 1:40am: managed to upload the photos now, so i am taking chances to upload whatever i can!!there is some problems with blogger that the layout doesn’t show properly though, but it’s okay I can still update! (: just that I can’t upload any pictures here.  met up with baby yesterday and I surprised him by cooking dinner! can’t upload the picture here now but baby was pleasantly surprised and that makes me a happy girl!! school has been pretty alright just that OT lectures have been pretty overwhelming and LM lectures can be slightly dry nearing the end of the lecture. and I was thinking of changing my mobile phone! but my contract is not ready for re-contract as of the moment because I just changed to this current phone of mine last year march, which means at least another 4 months to go? but I managed to set my eyes on a Samsung phone this time! Samsung Preston! Cos mummy thinks that pixon is too bulky for me and that I don’t need an 8 mega pixel camera when I have my ixus 95 all the time with me ((: nice right?  the weekend is arriving soon but baby is having weekend duty this Sunday after his ndp rehearsal on Saturday which it kinds of dampens the mood, but it’s okay we are 3 weeks away from all these, baby! it’s maternal grandma’s birthday dinner at IMM Long Beach tomorrow night, baby is coming along too! but before that, it’s another OT lecture to go, so I shall hang on there… alright, it’s just weird typing on a weird layout for this entry, pray hard that blogger is gonna to resolve the issue fast! my last weekend was a blast! saturday was the first session of SIM-RMIT orientation 2009 and the response was pretty good! and we had a solid 12 hours of fun...(: we shall begin with the registration for the freshies...that's where they will get their orientation tees... thereafter, we move off to our respective places, whether they are OGL or OGM...as for me, i was an OGM (Orientation Game Master) for hand, foot, mouth station along with edmond and ryan...and that was perhaps where the OGLs got dirty at, with all the flour on their tees and face... there was an addition to the prize giving this year for the best dressed OGL and OGM, the prize is a $50 takashimaya voucher...and see what patience and audrey is up to... and here i am with our almost-official photographer for council which was an OGL that day...ben!! but his ward came in second! congrats! and lastly, it was debrief for everyone, and that was around 9 plus where we still had fun at the atrium without the freshies! (: the sunday was for me to sleep, and i practically slept half the day i supposed. managed to only start a tiny bit for OT, which is not very good, and thanks to audrey, the assignment due dates are out! so people, do start your assignments early! it's almost time to head out to meet patience for lunch before BB class starts at 2pm later! it's a new week, but i look forward to meeting baby soon and also the orientation tomorrow although i wouldn't be able to participate...miss you baby! and i need to go! ♥ Friday, July 17, 2009
it's friday! but the weekend is not exactly relaxing for me too, orientation is up tomorrow and it's gonna to take up one whole day! but i am expecting lots of fun (: the whole week of school has been pretty okay, just that OT lectures tend to give you loads of information at one time...trying to absorb it nicely within my capacity. it was no school day yesterday, so i decided to try my hands on sausage/tuna rolls as a mini surprise for baby since i am meeting him for dinner! but it wasn't THAT successful, nevermind, i shall try harder next time...   and also, huggy's second cover is ready! so that baby could send the first blue cover for washing...hopefully baby doesn't make it dirty so fast! hahas! (: but this one is more comfortable to hug as compared to the previous cover...that took me quite some time to knit it, although it was tiring and straining to the eyes, but i am actually very tempted to knit again, shall ask nicole sweets for help...((:  it's the orientation tomorrow for freshies! need to report by 9am in the morning! hopefully everything will run smooth! shall update soon!♥p.s. i miss you baby. okay, my BFF has uploaded the photos of my birthday party on sunday, and here are some of them! (: why do i love this shot the most? cos baby and i could hardly capture such shots by ourselves! and the timing was just right! i guess baby's favourite shot might just be this too! right baby? i know he was super tired from his army that weekend, but still put on a smile whenever he needs, really love you so much, baby! ♥attended the first lectures of the remaining 2 modules other than WIL, and the assignments datelines are so near to each other! oh no! please pray hard that everything will be smooth sailing...just finished talking to baby and he sounds really tired even though he talks to me in a sweet tone...nicole sweets asked if i could get away from singapore somewhere next month along with ronald and baby, i don't think i can now, neither does baby want it now i guess. so maybe we shall shelf till end of year or something? Just a short post cos i am really super tired from the party itself.First and foremost, thanks for everyone who took time off to attend my 21st birthday party held this afternoon, and i met people whom i haven't meet in such a long time! here it is, sarah my dear! she came by but needed to rush off to another birthday party so i shall see you soon!  next to thank was my family, to my parents who spent time and effort in helping out at the party itself. A BIG THANK YOU! and of course to my sister, who helped me to design my guestbook and helping me to get her bestie to be my photographer for the day. endless thanks to her.  then to my bestie! she has been a great help today by coming early and being the last one to leave my place...thanks babe for everything you have done for me today! from the preparations to the entertaining of guests and then to the unwrapping of presents and lastly to be able to have a short chat with you at the end of the day was good! love you to bits, babe! last but not least, i would like to thank baby! i know it is super tiring for you this weekend, especially when you just had ndp training yesterday till 1am plus...thank you for being with me throughout the party itself, meeting new people of my social circle whom you haven't meet before, and of cos entertaining old friends of ours whom you knew...i love you loads, baby! *hugs & kisses* the remaining photos are with my bestie and my photographer, Jody. so i shall upload more photos when i received them either via facebook or by hand...meanwhile, it's another new week tomorrow...so it's time for bed! goodnights people! ♥Friday, July 10, 2009
A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WISHED ME! here i am, blogging at 2359, just a minute before the clock strikes 12 and that my birthday is over. yeah, finally 21 now, and yet i don't know how it exactly feels to be 21. all i knew was that i had a great birthday celebration starting from yesterday till today! (: met up my BFF for dinner after her work and my project meeting yesterday. had Astons for dinner at The Cathay, she insisted on alfresco dining, and naturally like always, i will give in to her...the dining environment was superb with a great friend, everything is just perfect. had ben & jerry for dessert, something that she hasn't been having for a long time...hope you enjoy yourself, dear!!   today was great! baby took off to spend my 21st birthday with me! and at first moment when he saw me, he presented me with my present! it's a canon ixus 95! super sweet of him and i love him so much! thanks baby!! love you! *muacks* after catching Ice Age 3 at The Cathay in 3D, realised that there wasn't much difference, so baby and i have decided that we will not catch other movies in 3D format even if they are available. had ichiban for lunch and we were off to Marina Barrage for more photos to be taken using my present from baby! (: weather was slightly warmer in the afternoon when we were there, but we did had fun taking each other's candid shots! and seriously baby's candid shot skills must be improved...but still, that's so cute of baby to do that...    then we were off to Changi Airport, as i wanna to go to the viewing hall, however the one at T2 was closed for renovation so we were informed that there was another at T3 but it wasn't better than the one at T2. but, we had our fair share of photos taken while being at the viewing hall. seriously love baby to bits, cos he is camera-shy usually. ((: wanted to have popeye for dinner, but the queue was long and the place was super crowded! and what's more? the biscuit is out of stock! so i told baby that we will have it another day at Singapore Flyer instead. headed over to baby's place to get my camera's stuff and baby's daddy was nice to send me home! oh, and his parents gave me a pretty big red packet! and what i found out was...all the Gelare outlets in Singapore are closed. which means there are no more ice cream waffles on tuesdays next time. ): sad. alright, it has been a great birthday for me, big thanks to the following people for the wishes (let me know if i did miss you; in no particular order other than those facebook tags) mummy, daddy, jazreel, jeremy, baby, stef, godma, aunt linna and family, marcel, ena, bud, janis, winda, sing yong, lilian, yuan hoe, lita, shwa juan, jikson, chasel...hopefully i did not miss anyone here... okay, it will be another busy day tomorrow before the party on sunday! till i update again!♥ |
