it's the weekends again! this time round, it's a long weekend but i don't feel that happy after all. ): with the stress to complete WIL assignment 1 which is not very easy and also not being to see baby till tomorrow makes me unhappy. this doesn't feel much like a holiday; i want my holidays! anyway, worked for 2 days this week and was out with jazreel to celebrate the end of her A levels, first at ION on tuesday and second at suntec city on wednesday. went on a mini shopping spree and saw this christmas tree outside ION! it might seem to you as a normal christmas tree, but we were fascinated with what we within the christmas tree! scroll down to see what's inside!   yups, endless of crystal-lookalike hanging down from the top of the christmas tree, so pretty right? (: had lunch at astons at The Cathay with the bill paid by me. but it was a good lunch which we sisters have not had for some time. the shopping trip was good as i managed to get the presents for baby for our 2nd year anniversary! had dinner with Nicole at Kim Gary at Vivo on thursday night where she passed me one of her dress for my sister's prom night (they are of the same size; well at least almost same). did a small small shopping spree with her too, but didn't get anything for myself. they were all baby's. one thing good during weekends is that i get to sleep till noon before i wake up, which means i have sufficient amount of sleep before someone wakes me up and that would irritate me! but the weekend also mean it's time to mess up the kitchen! tried red velvet cupcakes today and they were a success! they don't look very red, that's because i reduce the amount of red coloring to be added in, artificial coloring is no good for our bodies...  looks nice right? i had 2 after i finished baking them! yums! shall see if i do another round for post exam gathering since i still have buttermilk left which it can't be kept for long. shall consider about that. (: WIL project meeting is on monday but i don't have mood to think about projects now, at least i started a bit for WIL individual...got to work on the new project for work next week as well, i need money too! looking forward to see baby tomorrow as well as our 2nd anniversary dinner next saturday! but in between lies the release of our exam results as well as our post exam gathering at ECP. hopefully everything goes well and good! shall update soon! okay it's another new week to begin with! (: and my week has started in good and bad ways. bad in a way where the call list is not good at all and the day ended with just one call ): but the good thing was that i had dinner with baby and that makes me a happy girl! (:the weekend was kind of busy, lovians had our BBQ on saturday night at my place where the rain only came for a while and that was to ensure that we could continue with our BBQ in peace, overall, it was a fun-filled gathering! made chocolate cheesecake on yesterday and it taste super nice (although more chocolate would be better)!  work has been rather good to me in one way or another but not in terms of school work, no mood to start WIL, but i know it is important and essential that i should start now...at least typing some words into a proper document or something. and yet the current thing that i am doing now is to read the article...argh!! give me that motivation to start the assignment! ):the long weekend is finally here again! but i don't get to see baby till sunday! but it's okay! that will give me time to do my assignment! baby, do remind me okay? loves! hello!it's been 5 days since i last updated, been working and resting at home. work has been pretty fine these few days, and rest has been more or less sufficient due to the cool weather these days. was lazy but still i started reading the article which was supposed to be helpful to WIL assignment 1. had dinner with baby twice this week; was supposed to have dinner with Nicole but she is not free till next week...so, we shall meet next week then! (: baby is going to be super busy for the first 2 weeks of december, so much so that we cannot celebrate our 2nd year on the actual day itself, we got to push it till the weekend on 5th dec, but nevermind, it's the heart and love that matters (although i would still whine and complain). *loves baby* the post exam gathering is going on smooth with the very cooperative and creative team, just that if they do set it on 5th dec, then i got to disappoint them because i wouldn't be able to go. shall see how it goes, hopefully everything will run smoothly for them. alright, it's lovians' BBQ tomorrow at my place, pray hard that the weather is cool, but not rainy. baby can't make it even though the invite was sent to him as he has soccer match and game, both timing clash with the BBQ... ): that's about it for now. shall update soon whenever possible! it was another busy weekend for me! it was the last lecture for WIL yesterday and the assignments are...not very easy, indeed it is not a holiday for me this semester ): it's another week for work as well as school assignments as well as meet ups and also to finally see my baby boy! (: now that makes me happy! work wasn't too bad last friday in a way where time pass real fast when you are busy making phone calls. managed to end the day with 4 calls, not too bad i supposed. accompanied audrey to plaza singapura to shop for her sushi materials and along with us was jikson, and also maxim who joined us for dinner at Astons at The Cathay. went to Daiso to do some shopping and i finally got those chawanmushi cups!! yeah!! we had the first try doing chawanmushi today, taste nice but it was a little too soft...added too much water...but nevermind, a second try will be better.   even though it was a super busy day, but i enjoy being in the kitchen. on top of that, we made baked strawberry cheesecake! it was nice!! (: another lovely weekend, the pity was that baby wasn't around with me, it would have been better if baby was around, but i know i will see baby this coming weekend even though i got a BBQ event on saturday!alright, shall update till here, working from monday to thursday where it's the AGM tomorrow evening as well. feeling super tired but not forgetting to tell baby that i miss you! Just got off the phone with baby, he is going off to bed because he has a tiring day today. But i don't get to meet him till this week is over as he is involved in APEC... and something just happened within my condo area, there was a massive blackout! it never happened before for the period of 8 years staying here, it was just funny seeing numerous torch lights shining across the swimming pool area...Managed to get a part time job with the help from edmond, didn't realise that others were in until i reach the office, akira, jackson, brendam, all new to the job too...but at least i have a part time job now so some form of finances are secured. (: With less than 2 days of rest, WIL is officially starting tomorrow! decide to print the notes in school instead, will be meeting audrey to do so in the afternoon tomorrow...the slides are terrible! 126 slides within a lecture! how much ink will i use if i print from home? and since the 'holidays' are here, it's time to meet sarah soon and of course not forgetting the monthly meet up with nicole which most probably take place next week or something...will have to plan my time wisely with work and WIL assignments. alright, i shall update another time... i'm back here for a little update before i head off for the last lap of revision! it's finally my last paper tomorrow! awaiting for 1630 to arrive...anyway, it was baby's 21st yesterday and it was a simple yet nice celebration with him and his parents. i was the only one that bought him presents while parents gave red packets...baked a simple chocolate fudge cake for him but it wasn't looking that perfect so i didn't take a photo of it. but i can show his presents here! a timbak2 bag and a zara jacket for him! (:    hahas! baby only asked me not to post this photo that he took with his presents and birthday card on facebook...so here it is, on my blog! (: hope you loved the presents,. my dearest! (i did ask him, he loved the jacket the most) *happy* no fanciful celebration, just the cake, presents, you and me. but i believe baby did enjoy his celebration this year; simple yet lovely. not forgetting that he was testing me for my BB paper tomorrow while we wait to head out for dinner with his parents, thanks for encouraging me for all my papers, baby! (: i will get to dump the notes aside after tomorrow and spend more time with you and friends, but at the same time, looking for a job...update till here, shall be back here real soon. hello!back from baby's place quite a while ago. decided to type an entry since i am not going to revise for tonight (did some revision at baby's - he managed to test me on what's consumer behaviour only). accompanied baby to the dentist for his appointment to extract his wisdom tooth on his left, waited for 2 hours before he sees the dentist, got his dad to send us back to rest. * appreciated* my poor baby, his left side of the face is still feeling numb before i leave his place just now, will be studying at home tomorrow and thursday, i know his mummy will take good care of him and that he will know that sufficient rest is good for him too. (: loves! oh! i think i forgotten to mention that i went to visit the doctor at the polyclinic last friday eventually. i guess mummy is right, i don't seem to be able to recover on home medication until i see a doctor. got stef to accompany me since she is at home anyway, thanks babe! and in the end, we went to shop around westmall after lunch! hahas! can't imagine a sick person still can shop huh? eventually got a top and a belt home, while she got a top, a pair of shoes and a tee...that's the problem when girls go shopping without their boyfriends around. but come to think about it, baby doesn't exactly stop me from shopping either. hehe. and i am pretty sure that many singaporeans are playing the mcdonalds monopoly game cos baby, jazreel and myself are into it too! just mac breakfast this morning, hotcakes with sausage *yums* another 6 days to my last paper! can't wait for it to be over, but i can't wait for baby's birthday to arrive so that i can give him the present which has been in my house for 3 weeks? i am interested in his reaction to the presents. and i got to remember to prepare the birthday card too! (: alright it's time for bed, woke up early this morning to head for breakfast before baby's dental appointment. although i had a nap at baby's house this afternoon, but i am still very tired cos i am still on medication and that i did revision this afternoon too! baby, i know you will be reading this, do take care till i see you on friday! *muacks* there are just some things that i don't wish to know, don't want to hear. simply tired of whatever things that have happened. money is indeed important but that doesn't give you things like family warmth, we are drifting further away from you, can you feel it? it doesn't matter whether we have a big house, i just want the life that we used to have. happy 23rd month baby! it's another wonderful month spent! anyway we had dinner at maritime house as planned. (: atmosphere was cosy and food was of their usual standard. had fish instead of my usual steak when i am at the maritime house, and it's all because of my cough! argh!! their dessert of the day is durian roll, taste pretty nice, like their pastry better than the filling... but still, i enjoyed my dinner with baby. loves!     and seems like everyone is on the mac monopoly game, and it seems like everyone is looking for sentosa cove and scotts road! the crucial two pieces to winning the grand prizes! but my dear sister is aiming just at the 32GB itouch first! but we are both sick now, how to start eating mac? maybe breakfast for a start? *grins* but at least for a start, baby has took mac last night...last paper on the 9th! finishing on the notes and will begin intense revision starting from tomorrow! (: when exams are over, at least i could *phew* before WIL lectures begin. and please pray that i can find a part time job with edmond's help soon unless i am THAT lucky to win the $50,000 from mac monopoly game. (haven't start eating, how to win?) alright, shall update till here, it's gonna to be a busy week for me, with baby's extraction of wisdom tooth, baby's 21st birthday and preparation for my last paper.
